When I purchase XCreator/XViewer/XCloud, do I sign up for a subscription with automatic recurring charges?

No. When you purchase these products, you do not sign up for a subscription.
If purchased products are time-limited, such as the annual access to XCloud, you will need to actively purchase a new access after the period expires. This would make us happy, of course :-)

What happens to my license for XCreator/XViewer after the 12-month update supply has expired?

  • Purchasing a license for XCreator/XViewer entitles you (1 user) to use the software indefinitely on up to 3 devices.
  • A license also includes the right to receive software updates for 12 months from the date of purchase.
  • From the 13th month onwards, XCreator/XViewer can be used indefinitely with the current software version.

How do I continue to receive updates for XCreator/XViewer?

  • To stay up to date even after the 13th month following the purchase of your license, you can purchase update packages for XCreator/XViewer.
  • Your software will then be supplied with updates for another 12 months.
  • This can be repeated as often as desired.
  • To ensure uninterrupted updates, it is recommended to purchase and activate a new update package before the 12-month period expires. The remaining time of your previous update supply will of course be credited and not lost.

What happens to my access to XCloud after the yearly subscription expires?

  • In the "Profile" section of XCloud, you can see the date until which your access is valid and your account is activated.
  • Once your access has expired, your account will be deactivated. This means you won't be able to create any more XInvoices, but your saved data will remain intact.
  • To reactivate your account and create more XInvoices, you can purchase a new yearly subscription at a discounted rate. You'll find a corresponding discount code in your XCloud account profile.
  • To ensure uninterrupted work, we recommend purchasing and activating a new yearly subscription before your account is deactivated. The remaining time on your previous subscription will be credited and not lost.

Wouldn't a subscription model be more convenient?
